The S.T.A.R.T Program offers young Jews from around the world a unique opportunity to make Aliyah, acquire an in-demand profession in engineering and technology, integrate into high-quality employment, and build a personal and professional future in Israel.
The program operates in partnership with the Israel Student Authority at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, MAHAT at the Ministry of Labor, the Technological College of Be’er Sheva, and VISHAY, providing participants with comprehensive support throughout their journey — from making Aliyah integrating into the workforce through quality employment.

About the Technological College of Be’er Sheva

The College is the oldest post-secondary educational institution in the city (founded in 1954) and is considered one of Israel’s largest and most important colleges for practical engineering education.

Accommodation at the Ye’elim Absorption Center

The Ye’elim Absorption Center in Be’er Sheva offers new Olim from around the world a warm and supportive first home in Israel, combining accommodation, Hebrew studies, personal guidance, and a welcoming community in the heart of the capital of the Negev. Operating for decades, the center provides a comprehensive absorption framework tailored to each Oleh, with the goal of supporting successful integration into Israeli society and the workforce.
